1. Legally Binding Agreement: By signing a contract with your company, the client agrees to a legally binding agreement for the work to be completed at an agreed-upon price. In the event that the client breaks this contract, any deposits made to your company shall be surrendered as damages. 2. The Company advocates a rightful business conduct and procedures We can guarantee that it will be a significant improvement between the starting and finished condition of every surface treated or element cleaned however this results may vary and in some cases alternate measures can be taken to prevent the company to incur in liabilities or property damage. 3. Water Usage: By signing the agreement, the client agrees to provide the company the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. The client is responsible for ensuring the water supply is on and in working order before your team arrives. 4. Electrical Usage: By signing the agreement, the client agrees to provide your company the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior source is required, it will be at an additional charge. 5. Color and Tone Concerns: The properties and species of surfaces (such as wood) can greatly affect the resulting color or tone after pressure washing. While your company aims to represent the final finish color and tones accurately, some variance may occur due to natural variations in the material. 6. Courtesy and Safety: While your team is on location and performing work, the client is responsible for keeping all children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off the work surface for at least 24 hours after your work is completed for safety reasons. 7. Payments: Payments to the company are due as per the contract schedule and are to be paid by check or cash, direct money transfer. All balances are ALWAYS due upon completion of the job. Late charges will be assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. The client agrees to pay any collection costs incurred by your company related to outstanding balances. Scheduling: Scheduling can be challenging due to weather conditions. Inclement weather may affect scheduling, and your company appreciates the client’s understanding in such cases. 8. Defaulted payments. The company and the customer agree to fulfill the contract on each behalf. providing the described service on the company's case and provide the agreed monetary compensation on the customer's case. In case of a default payment and not being possible a collection of such payment the company reserves the right to execute legal action against the customer. which can be due payments which the respective late fees and recovery fees assesed by the non paying customer or not limiting or excluding a lien or lawsuit.
